While innocently returning home from school on her bicycle, Tara (Lindsay Pulsipher) finds herself brutally abducted. When she awakens in a hospital with another child Johnny (Jesse Haddock) who also has some amnesia, they begin to suspect that it is not a hospital at all, but an isolated basement in a house owned by Anton (William Samples), and they are in some kind of imprisonment. The friendly nurse Judith (Lori Petty) remains extremely suspicious, and they grow increasingly worried that death may be around the corner. They later learn the couple has lost their teenage son, and to atone for his death this weird couple may be into human sacrifice of other teens.
