A serial killer known as The Card Player is known to have kidnapped and killed many young women. He then challenges the police who are desperately trying to capture him by offering them to play a poker game on the internet. The serial killer's term is that if anyone who plays poker loses the game, then his kidnapped victim will be tortured and murdered by using his webcam that he has set up. Time is running for the police as more victims are murdered. The story becomes intense when the Police Chief's daughter Lucia Marini (Fiore Argento) seems to become the serial killers latest victim.
