Sean (Kerr Smith), works in a production enterprise specialized in horror. He goes to Florida to attend to the wedding of his sister. In the desert of Arizona, he took on board Nick (Brendan Fehr), a friendly hitchhike. Along the way, he found Megan (Izabella Miko), a young woman in a state of shock. Then Nick reveals to Sean the truth: Megan is controlled by a master vampire. Sean, initially overwhelmed by these revelations, uses a treatment after being bitten by Megan. The master of vampires, Kit (Jonathan Schaech), and his disciples, Cym (Phina Oruche) and Teddy (Alexis Thorpe) decide to hunt the two heroes.
