“The Howling” is a horror film about TV newswoman, Karen White (Dee Wallace) who breaks a story about a serial killer, Eddie Quist (Robert Picardo) who was on the loose. After the events of that encounter, Karen is traumatized and needs to get away. So Karen and her boyfriend Chris (Dennis Dugan) go off on a retreat to a tiny community where Eddie had come from in the wilderness. While vacationing there Karen is met with mixed feelings from the locales. Here they stumble upon what is called ‘The Colony’. Eddie was an outcast of a pack of werewolves who are trying to remain undetected in the modern day and will protect their secrets at any cost.
