Kris Miller (Ashley Laurence) is an art student going to Sommerville College. She discovers that a very old house is going to be demolished, and she is supposed to go into it to take out valuable things. She wants her lover, Michael (Paul Francis), Scott (Rick Hearst), Lisa (Angel Boris), Jerry (Jan Schweiterman), and Robin (Boti Bliss) to go with her, but she has to go alone and stay in the house. Things do not seem safe, so the friends go there after all to try to help Kris. They are cleaning inside the house, and then Phillip Covington (Bruce Payne) comes along to try to pit them against one another. They must have a showdown.
