The Black Mask (Andy On) has been one of the victims of experimental research. In this research, he has been changed into a man with super soldier powers. He has been searching diligently for a cure for his condition but so far had no luck. The creator of these super soldiers, Dr. Lang (Scott Adkins) has some sort of gigantic brain and has implemented a tracking device into all of his test subjects. Now, in his latest experiments, he has manufactured a large bomb capable of mutating people’s DNA. The Black Mask must battle some already mutated human-animal creatures to stop the detonation of the bomb. Will he succeed in time?
