Student Jenna Whooly (Katheryn Winnick) visits home from school on Halloween and brings her boyfriend Alex Martin (Stephen Graham) to meet her family. She finds her kid brother, Dougie Whooly (Alexander Brickel), has become obsessed with a video game called “Satan's Little Helper”, a disturbingly violent video game. Dougie becomes very jealous of Alex, and does not want to share his sister’s attention, so he sets out to find Satan to ask him to murder Alex. While out, Dougie happens to meet up with escaped serial killer Satan Man (Joshua Annex), coincidently wearing a Satan costume. Dougie gleefully brings the killer home, wanting to be Satan’s Little Helper for real. The two then terrorize his neighborhood, inflicting murder and mayhem where ever they go.
