Andy McDermott (Tom Everett Scott) has traveled to Paris with his college buddies. One night, they sneak into the Eiffel tower, hoping to bungee cord off of it. Instead, he ends up rescuing Serafine Pigot (Julie Delpy) who was trying to kill herself. Andy is drawn to the beauty. In trying to spend time with her, he ends up involved with a pack of werewolves, and becomes a werewolf himself. This pack has created a serum that can allow them to change at will. Unhindered by the lunar cycle, the werewolves are out to make humanity their own personal buffet.
