Marie(Ann Parillaud) is a sexy vampire from Pittsburgh who tries to only prey on criminals for her blood supply, and always kills them afterwards so they don't become the pesky undead like her, thus avoiding “innocent blood.” On one occasion, however, she fails to kill her victim, a gangster, Sal “The Shark” Macelli(Robert Loggia), who then becomes a vampire, decides he likes it, and decides to use his new status to expand his criminal activities. He does this by recruiting more criminal vampires, including his crooked lawyer Manny(Don Rickles). Marie and her undercover cop boyfriend Joe(Anthony La Paglia), try to set things right.
