Young Sherlock Holmes (Nicholas Rowe) and Dr. Watson (Alan Cox) had just barely become friends at boarding school when murder and mystery brought together the famous deducing duo. Holmes’ mentor, Professor Waxflatter (Nigel Stock), becomes intrigued with a series of murders involving wealthy, well-established men in London. When Waxflatter himself ends up dead under similar circumstances, Holmes teams up with his girlfriend Elizabeth (Sophie Ward), Waxflatter’s granddaughter, and Watson to investigate. They eventually get mixed up in a plot involving Ancient Egypt, poison darts, a dangerous cult, and revenge that leads them back to their headmaster, Professor Rathe (Anthony Higgins) and the trio finds themselves in quite a spot of trouble.
