A large group of strangers find themselves in an isolated tavern where they are enjoying drinks in the evening. When a man (Eric Dane) walks inside the tavern carrying the head of a monster, they realize that they are surrounded by a group of monsters who kill people by decapitating or decomposing them. The man and his wife (Navi Rawat) die soon. All of them start dying one by one. Tuffy (Krista Allen) takes the role of the leader of the survivors after she loses her son to the monsters. After a long struggle only four people survive the monsters while more than ten die in the struggle.
